Working with Louise has been life-changing. I have been on a diet most of my life. Either on one religiously or off one and binge eating. Giving up dieting and constantly thinking about losing weight has been the biggest and scariest change in my life, but also has been the best. I now eat what I want, when I want without any guilt. The positive mindsets Louise has given me means my daily battle I used to have is now a thing of the past.
